How to choose a safe for your house?

Purchasing of low-cost safes with the 1st class of anti-break and "60B" fire-resistant properties is recommended for the residents of block-flat houses. Such safe will protect your family's values from occasional thieves, drug addicted or alcoholics. In the case of the fire there will be enough time (60 minutes) for the fire-squad to arrive. Again, it is a well known fact that sometimes there are marodeurs among firefighters. So, they would face basicly not the best conditions trying to unlock your safe into the fire.
And those who own cottages should listen to the advices of professionals and separate their material values from their documents, because documents represent a substantional value only for the owner. That is why it would be the best to have two safes as minimum in this case. Of course, it is better to have the third one built into the wall.
It is very important to store documents in the fire-resistant safe, while any material values should be kept into the high-class anti-break one.
